Hip-hop heads can now prepare to attend Travis Scott’s first-ever concert in Prague. The event is scheduled for 18 July 2024 at the O2 Arena in Prague 9.
This concert is part of Travis Scott’s European tour. He will play in 12 arenas across nine European countries. This tour extends his sold-out 2023 North American UTOPIA – Circus Maximus Tour.
Moreover, the acclaimed album UTOPIA, Scott’s fourth album, was a best-selling hip-hop release of 2023. According to Spotify, UTOPIA was the most streamed album in its first week in 2023. Apple Music named it the biggest first-day stream of an album in 2023. Besides, it held the No.1 spot on the Billboard Top 200 for four weeks. Worldwide, the album garnered over 50 billion streams.
Travis Scott’s Achievements
The Houston native is a diamond-certified eight-time Grammy Award-nominated artist. With millions of streams annually, sold-out tours in the US, and high-profile brand collaborations, Scott is an influence to reckon with.
His official name is Jacques Bermon Webster II. Beyond music, Scott describes himself as a leader in fashion, and culture. The musician doubles as a designer, style icon, actor, producer, and Cactus Jack record label founder.
Scott’s musical style has been described as a fusion of traditional hip-hop and lo-fi style. Often characterized as “ambient,” with inspiration from rappers Kanye West and Kid Cudi.
