Rosalía is currently overseeing the renovation of an office building in the area, which will not only house her family company Motomami SL’s real estate development ventures but also serve as a hub for music production.

This strategic location is particularly significant as L’Hospitalet de Llobregat’s cultural area has already attracted over 500 artists to its vibrant artistic community.
