Masa is a highly coveted restaurant in NYC given that its one of the five three-starred Michelin restaurants. Masa serves both traditional Japanese dishes as well as more Americanized staples. 3. Eleven Madison Park

Eleven Madison Park is a fine dining restaurant located in the heart of New York City. The restaurant overlooks Madison Square Park. The restaurant has been owned by Chef Daniel Humm since 2011 and during that time it has evolved considerably, both in food and in experience. 

Their tasting menu consists of entirely plant-based courses. The restaurant has three Michelin stars and it became the first and only vegan restaurant in the history of the Michelin Guide to receive the distinction. Inspired by Japanese cuisine and French techniques, courses change to reflect products in season. Their multi-course tasting menu is focused on fish and shellfish, with one or two meat courses and a variety of desserts.

Le Bernardin is another three-star Michelin-rated restaurant. The restaurant is known for preparing the freshest seafood with the simple philosophy that the fish is the star of the plate.
