Malta is one of the most incredible little islands that you can visit — and it is much less touristic than other islands around Europe and the Asian area! St. Paul’s is the nightlife hub of Malta. Although sT. Julian’s has great clubbing choices, St. Julian’s and the surrounding towns are arguably the best place to go for the local Maltese residents to kick back, let loose, and have fun.

Surely you’ve heard of Mdina if you are thinking of coming to Malta. Mdina was the original capital of Malta before being kicked to the curb — but this doesn’t mean it lost any of its charm. 

Head to MDian to check out extensive viewpoints, city-wide views, and an authentic feel. However, if you want to stay here, plan ahead! There are limited accommodation options here and free locals than other cities, making it a more difficult place to find things to do or book last-minute accommodation. Birgu

Birgu, and the surrounding cities of Senglea and Cospicua, are great options for those looking to combine middle-class authentic Maltese experiences with the nightlife of St. Julian’s. Although these locations are not really the ideal choice for crazy nights out, you can still head to the local pub and chat with the nearby residents who can tell you great stories about the sleepy town! 

Marsaskala
