A vacation in Italy is not complete without digging into some delicious pizza. Add this amazing experience to your book of memories by making pizza from start to finish. Afterward, enjoy your meal with a glass of your favorite drink. The magic happens inside Restaurant Pasquino located in central Rome. You’ll meet a small group of fellow aspiring pizza chefs and your local guide.
Spend a delightful 1.45hrs learning how to make authentic Italian pizza with fresh ingredients. All the tools required for the cooking class will be provided together with a station including a work plan, an apron, and a rolling pin. The chef will start with give a brief lesson on what to look out for, for the best dough and then a hands-on lesson on kneading the dough. The chef will take you on a step-by-step process of pizza making from the ingredients to wait times to the two different ways of kneading the dough.
Once done with making the best crust, choose the type of pizza you’d like to make. Some of the options are marinara (tomato, garlic, oregano), Margherita (tomato, mozzarella, basil), Diavolo (tomato, mozzarella, spicy salami, chili) or Napoli (tomato, mozzarella, anchovies).
This will mark the end of the first part of the lesson. As the pizza is cooking in a wooden oven, you will be served a delicious bruschetta at your table as you wait for your meal.
