Overview
This tour starts at the Metro stop Laurentina, on the right-hand side of the exit, you will see a white van with a cooking class sign, your transport for the day. Together with a group of no more than 10 participants, you will be transferred to the kitchen where you will learn the art of Neapolitan style pizza making.
Have an experience of a lifetime in making and enjoying the most authentic pizza in Rome. You will make it yourself from start to finish. The chef will take you on a step by step process of preparing the dough to bake your pizza in a wood-fired oven. This class offers lessons on making more than 10 different pasta shapes. You will also have unrestricted red wine to enjoy with your meal.
For dessert, you will enjoy the Italian original tiramisu. For the menu of the day, you will make Pizza Margherita or Capricciosa and Pasta Alla Carbonara or Amatriciana and more. An empty stomach will be all you need because the pizza and pasta are all-you-can-eat and drink.
