This was the best thing I did during my week long trip to Paris! I like to cook so I found the entire experience relaxing and enriching. I would definitely recommend adding the trip to the market. The kitchen experience was well organized and fun. I enjoyed meeting the other participants and getting to know them. I attended as a solo participant and was happy to find that several others in the group were also attending alone – so I would recommend attending by yourself if the rest of your party isn’t interested, as the group is inviting to all. Our chef was light hearted and entertaining while also keeping us focused to complete the meal and learn some kitchen techniques. The food we made was delicious and we took the time to enjoy each course with some paired wines. Overall a 5-star experience.
