What's in our tour?
You are a food lover who can tell fine foods and good restaurants? And you are hoping to find a truly new eating experience?
Eat at award-winning restaurant Na/Na as a private guest of Chef Nathaly Nicolas-Ianniello. And discover the world from the perspective of a top chef.
Your host meets you outside a local food market. You learn to appraise the market from the perspective of a chef. How to pick the best produce? What are sure ways to find sweet melon, juicy meat, creamy cheese, and fluffy fish fillet?
Your host then guides you to Na/Na. Chef Nathaly greets you and gives you a personal tour. How did she design her restaurant, and why? What goes on in the storage rooms? What are we going to eat today, and how will Nathaly cook it? Nathaly personally advises us on our lunch choices.
Then comes the meal. 3 courses, farm-to-fork, seasonal produce, and drinks. Nathaly does what chefs are told not to do. She matches the seemingly unmatchable. She blends opposite cooking traditions together. Often the French, the Italian and the Japanese.
If the food does not absorb you to the full, your host will provide a running commentary. On the flavors and the smells you are experiencing of course. But also on how to win a Michelin star. French Restaurant etiquette and so on.
