What can top a French cooking class, or a great food tour in Paris? We say: a personal invitation from the Chef to an award-winning restaurant. Chef Nathaly Nicolas-Ianniello and Discover Walks invite you to a meal at Na/Na restaurant to discover the food world from the perspective of a top chef.
You experience is in the company of two hosts: an avid food buff from Discover Walks, and Chef Nathaly. Nathaly in person will walk you through her restaurant. Talk you through the menu. And guide you throughout your meal.

Chef Nathaly is a classically trained French chef. But she brings modernity and innovation into her recipes. No heavy sauces. Simple tasty recipes instead, fresh produce, and farm-to-fork, organic foods.
Your Discover Walks host meets you outside picturesque Aligre: a 300 year-old Parisian food market. You learn to appraise the market like a chef. Who are the good suppliers? Where is the best produce? What are some sure ways to pick the sweetest melon, the juiciest meat, creamy cheese, and fluffy fish?
Your host then guides you to restaurant Na/Na. There, Chef Nathaly greets you and hosts you on a personal tour. How did she design Na/Na restaurant, and why? What goes on in the storage rooms? What are we going to eat today, and how will Nathaly cook it? Nathaly gives you her personal advice on your lunch choices.
Then comes the meal. 3 courses and a beverage of your choice. An inventive, modernized version of French cooking. The menu changes each day according to the produce the Chef selects. Nathaly walks you through your options.
As you eat, your host provides a running commentary. On the flavors and the smells you are experiencing of course. On how to win a Michelin star. On French Restaurant etiquette. And so on.
