Tour of Modern Catalonian Cuisine

Decadent Tapas and Wine Savouring Tour

Duration: 3 hours
Price: From €119
DW rating (/10)

Overview

Experience an evening of great food and remarkable wines in Barcelona’s historic Born environs. We will sit down at modern bars and restaurants for an elevated dining experience where contemporary food has clear ties to tradition. Start your night the way most locals do in Barcelona—with a classic aperitif in Barcelona’s original style of tapas bar.

Next up, head to a modern wine bar that highlights small, local Catalan wine producers. That means that the wines we try here are ones you’ll never find in a normal store. We’ll finish with a sit-down tapas dinner at a restaurant that’s fully booked most nights of the week.

As with all Devour Barcelona tours, you’ll receive our Devouring Barcelona guide. Packed with all our favorite places to eat and drink in the city, get ready to experience Barcelona!

It was the best thing we did on the trip. I’ve done many food tours before and usually they bring you to the tourists traps for a small bite of food and a few sips of wine. This was the complete opposite experience – every place was authentic and unique and delicious and we left with our bellies full! (And pretty tipsy). We ended up hanging out with the people we met on the tour for the rest of the holiday. I actually know what kind of wine/vermouth/cava to order now thanks to Enrique. Can’t say enough good things about this experience!!
