For many people, Virginia Beach (VB) is all about surf and sun but the truth is when the sun goes down in this East Coast destination is when the fun begins. Sky Bar Nightclub is open Fridays and Saturdays to the public to give everyone a taste of what it’s like to party in the SKY! The Sky Bar offers a unique, one-of-a-kind experience twenty stories in the air. Located on the roof of the Hilton in Virginia Beach, this nightclub features fantastic views, live entertainment, and speciality cocktails. No membership is required but you must be 21 years and over. Located on top of the Virginia Beach Hilton on 31st Street, Sky Bar is a private club that requires a valid membership card to gain entry during weekdays. They also enforce a strict dress code with resort casual as the customary attire hence tank tops, ripped jeans, athletic gear and baseball or brimless hats are not allowed.  However certain shorts are allowed but men must wear collared shirts to gain entry. Their limited menu features classic appetizers like seafood sliders, a shrimp cocktail and a signature charcuterie board. Beer, wine, and cocktails are served, but the signature Andes mint hot chocolate is worth trying. There’s nothing like gazing at the stars while sipping and dancing.

When it comes to food here, there is no calorie counting!  If you want a hearty and fairly priced meal, this is the place to go. The wings are divine and we highly recommend going for the grill. One downside or upside depending on your preferences is that they allow smoking inside. It’s a dive bar, so the drinks are affordable. The staff are always friendly.
