The United States of America is one of the colonized countries that gained its independence on the 4th of July, 1776 from Great Britain.
Since then, the United States has had 46 Presidents including the current, President Joe Biden. Among all the 47, only Presidents James Madison and George Washington signed the constitution.
It surprised the world that Presidents Thomas Jefferson and John Adams died on the same say July 4th, 1826, later joined by the 5th President James Monroe who also died on 4th July.
Of importance to note is that July 4th is when the United States celebrates the approval of the Declaration of Independence making a sad and unique day for the American people.
The United States has a unique personality while noting that the United States has never been led by a woman. This means that by now, they have been led by several presidents who possessed different characteristic traits, advantages, and disadvantages.
One unique thing about the Presidents of the United States is that President Franklin D. Roosevelt break the world record by being the first President to ever appear on television during the World’s fair in 1939 broadcast.
John F. Kennedy was the first President who had been a Boy Scout when he was 12 years old. However, all the 46 Presidents have has a strong vision for the country, effective communication skills, and more importantly, integrity and courage to make ostracized decisions.
1. George Washington

George Washington was the 1st President of the United States. He was born on the 22nd of February, 1732 in Westmoreland County, Virginia.
He is one of the founding fathers, a statesman, and also served as an American soldier. His wife was Martha Washington.
He is remembered for presiding over the convention that drafted the United States’ constitution. During the American Revolution, he commanded the continental army. He died on the 14th of December, 1799 in Mount Vernon, Virginia.
2. Barack Hussein Obama

He was born on the 4th of August, 1961 in Hawaii, the United States. He is a lawyer by profession, author, and public speaker. After his studies, he taught law the practiced as an attorney.
Later on, he became a representative of the 13th district of Illinois state where he also led as the senator years after. He is married to Michelle Obama since 1992.
Barack was the 44th president of the United State with Joe Biden as his vice president.
His achievements include Wall Street reform, tax relief, unemployment insurance re-authorization, responding to the great recession of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 among others.
He is recalled for his slogan ‘yes we can’. Barack Obama is rated at 98% fame.
3. Abraham Lincoln

Abraham Lincoln was born on the 12th of February, 1809 in Kentucky, United States. He was a lawyer and a statesman.
He was the 16th president of the United States of the National Union Party. He was married to Mary Todd Lincoln.
He was considered as one of the American heroes who rose from a humble beginning to the highest office. He played an excellent role as a savior of the union and emancipator of enslaved people to be freed forever.
He is enshrined in the Wrestling Hall of Heroes. Lincoln was assassinated while in office, at Petersen House in Washington DC on the 15th day of April 1865.
Some hours before his assassination, he had successfully managed to form the secret service body of the government. Grave robbers had once tried to steal his corpse.
4. John Fitzgerald Kennedy

John Kennedy was born on the 29th of May, 1917 in Brookline Massachusetts, united states. He was married to Jacqueline Kennedy Onasis.
He was the first Roman Catholic president of the United States who had served in the Navy in World War II. His charm and optimism brought to life the idealism, ‘a new generation of America’.
He championed the United States space program. He was the 35th president who sat in the office for 3 years only before he was assassinated on the 22nd of November, 1963.
During his time, the crisis of Cuban missile occurred where he showed cool dynamics of leadership before he later became a victim of assassination. He remains to be the youngest elected president of the United States.
Kennedy presided over the establishment of the Peace Corps, alliance for progress with Latin America, and the continuation of the Apollo program to land a man on the moon before 1970.
One of John Kennedy’s famous sayings is that every accomplishment starts with the decision to try.
5. George W. Bush

George W. Bush is a businessman and politician. He became the 43rd president of the United States after becoming the 46th governor of Texas.
He was born on the 6th of July, 1946 in Newhaven Connecticut, United States. He was married to Laura Bush.
His political party was the Republican Party and his vice president was Dick Cheney. He is amongst the four elected presidents without a popular vote victory.
He signed the major Tax Cut Program, No Child Left behind Act, and the Education Reform bill. He also pushed several social conservative efforts. He believed in free capitalism.
6. Thomas Jefferson

Thomas Jefferson was born on the 13th of April, 1743 in Shadwell Virginia, United States.
He was a statesman, diplomat, lawyer, architect, philosopher, and one of the American founding fathers.
He was the 3rd President whose fame is rated at 97%. His wife was Martha Jefferson.
He led for two consecutive terms with the Democratic-republic party of politics and his vice presidents were George Clinton and Aron Burr respectively.
Thomas was the principal author of the declaration of independence.
He was obsessed with books and strongly believed in religious freedom and the separation of church and state. However, Thomas was accused of being a non-believer and atheist.
7. Bill Clinton

Bill Clinton was born on the 19th of August, 1946 in Arkansas, United States. He is married to Hillary Clinton.
He was the 42nd President of the United States. He served as the Attorney General of Arkansas before becoming the governor of the same state for two terms.
He led to economic expansion by signing the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). His Vice President was Al Gore.
He also signed the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act. He however failed to accomplish his plans for national health reform.
He was impeached by Paula Jones for sexual harassment claiming that Clinton had engaged in a sexual relationship with a white house intern, Monica Lewinsky.
8. Theodor Roosevelt Jr.

Theodor Roosevelt Jr. was a politician, naturalist, historian, statesman, conservationist, and writer born on the 27th of October, 1858 in New York, United State. He was the 26th President of the United States. His political party was Republican Party.
Theodor was married to Alice Hathaway Lee Roosevelt and later to Edith Roosevelt. He is considered the first modern President of the United States.
He greatly strengthened the power of the executive branch and was extremely popular during his time. He died on the 6th of January, 1919. He was a leader of the progressive movement.
9. Donald Trump

Trump was born on the 14th of June, 1946 in New York, United State. He was married to Ivana Trump, to Marla Maples, and is currently married to Melania Trump.
He was the 45th President of the United States. His political affiliation was the Republican Party. He is a successful business with a net worth of 2.5 billion USD who invests in real estate. He won against Hillary Clinton and after one term, he lost to Joe Biden.
10. George Herbert Walker Bush
George Bush was an American politician, businessman, and diplomat born on the 12th of June, 1924 in Milton Massachusetts.
He was the 41st president of the United State with his vice president being Dan Quayle. His presidency was driven by Foreign Policy.
He helped end the Iraq occupation of Kuwait by presiding over the invasion of Panama and the Gulf War. He also played a key role in the reunification of Germany. He died on the 30th of November, 2018 in Texas, United States.
