3. Pat’s Steak House

Pat’s Steak House is a steakhouse serving aged cuts, and wines & more in woody, old-school surroundings. The restaurant is located at 2437 Brownsboro Rd, Louisville. They open between Tuesday and Saturday from 4:30 pm to 10 pm.

The restaurant is focused on house-aged USDA Prime steaks, veal cutlets, grilled salmon, fried chicken, and more, dinners include salad and a choice of two sides. The customer favorite is the bacon-wrapped tenderloin filet. With parties of five or more, the sides which include the hash browns, creamed cauliflower, green beans, and lima beans are presented family style. The restaurant is known for its USDA Prime cuts of beef, broiled at 1800 degrees and served sizzling. All side orders are extra, and plenty to share, like the creamed spinach or potatoes au gratin.  Besides steak, entrées range from a first-rate rack of lamb to a veal porterhouse and crab-stuffed trout. Also recommended are the à la carte sides the mushrooms sautéed with Maker’s Mark bourbon, tender grilled asparagus, and savory creamed corn. Washington’s salad mixes tart Granny Smith apples, candied pecans, and blue cheese crumbles with field greens. Z’s wine list is well served by a highly professional staff.

Swizzle Dinner & Drinks is an upper club-inspired hub featuring steak & seafood, plus a chic bar, revolving floors & river views. They are located at 140 N Fourth St 25th floor, Louisville. They open every day other than Monday from 4:30 pm to 11 pm.

The Swizzle Supper Club menu will feature the area’s best prime steaks, chops, sustainable seafood, and local produce, all served up from the open-concept exhibition kitchen situated in the middle of the restaurant, allowing diners to watch the culinary action.
