Trinidad and Tobago is a tin Island republic located in the continent of South America. The Trinidad and Tobago national football team, nicknamed the “Soca Warriors”, represents the country in international football.
It is controlled by the Trinidad and Tobago Football Association, which is a member of CONCACAF (the Confederation of North, Central American and Caribbean Association Football), the Caribbean Football Union (CFU), and the global jurisdiction of FIFA.

1.Dwight Yorke
Dwight Eversley Yorke who was born on 3rd November 1971 is a Trinidadian and Tobagonian former professional footballer who currently manages Macarthur FC. He played mainly as a forward, between 1988 and 2009 and he is known for his ability to score goals from outside the box and some of the dangerous headers.
He is represented the Trinidad and Tobago nationals team on a total of 72 appearances scoring 19 goals in the process. He played for several top clubs and leagues including the English Premier league with Manchester United. He also scored 123 goals in the Premier League, a record for a non-European which was not broken until Sergio Aguero did it in 2017.
2.Joevin Jones
Joevin Martin Jones who was born on 3rd August 1991 is a Trinidadian professional footballer who plays as a left-back for Major League Soccer club Inter Miami and the Trinidad and Tobago national team. He considered one of the best left backs in the MLS.
He can also play in several positions including attacking midfield, the middle of the park and on the wings, and has represented several clubs in different countries. He has played for his country a total 79 times and scored 10 goals in the process since he made his debut in 2010.
3.Silvio Spann
Silvio Spann is a Trinidad and Tobagonian footballer who plays as a midfielder for W Connection football club in his country and Trinidad and Tobago national team. He is renowned for his hard work and stamina as well as his ability to shoot from long distance.
He has represented his nations in a total of 41 appearances and scored 2 goals in that time. His last appearance was in 2009.He was in line to represent his nation in 2006 world cup but was forced out due to injury. He is among the best players the country has ever produced.
4.Clayton Ince
Clayton Ince who was born on 13th July 1972 is a Trinidadian former professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper and had lengthy spells in the English Football League at Crewe Alexandra and Walsall. He is his country’s most capped goalkeeper with 79 caps for Trinidad and Tobago to date.
He made his debut on 17 April 1994 against Martinique. As a member of the squad that competed at the 2006 FIFA World Cup in Germany, Ince was awarded the Chaconia Medal (Gold Class), the second highest state decoration of Trinidad and Tobago.
5.Sheldon Bateau
Sheldon Bateau who was born on 29th January 1991 is a Trinidadian professional footballer who plays as a central defender for S.K. Beveren on loan from Turkish club Samsunspor. Bateau also represents the Trinidad and Tobago national team.
Bateau made his debut for the Trinidad and Tobago national team on 6 February 2013 in a match against Peru playing the entire match which ended in a 0–2 loss for the Soca Warriors.He has since made a total of 43 appearances scoring a total of 4 goals in the process.
6.Kevin Molino
Kevin Reginald Molino who born 17 June 1990 is a Trinidadian professional footballer who plays as a winger for Major League Soccer club Columbus Crew and the Trinidad and Tobago national team.Molino has represented Trinidad and Tobago at international level.
He was named in Trinidad’s 2010 Caribbean Cup squad, and made his international debut versus Guyana on 4 November 2010.He has made a total of 55 appearances for the national side and scored 23 goals in that time. He is renowned for his ability to score from outside the box and also his speed and stamina.
7.Greg Ranjitsingh
Gregory Nicholas Ranjitsingh who was born on 18th July 1993 is a professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Major League Soccer club Toronto FC. Born in Canada, Ranjitsingh represents Trinidad and Tobago internationally.
In August 2016, he became the first Louisville player to be called up for international play after the Trinidad and Tobago national team selected him for 2018 World Cup qualification. He has made one appearance for the national side and could be set for more if he keeps his head down and continues with the form that earned him that spot.
8.Levi Garcia
Levi Samuel Garcia who born on 20 November 1997 is a Trinidadian professional footballer who plays as a right-winger for Greek Super League club AEK Athens and the Trinidad and Tobago national team. He became the Youngest Trinidadian professional footballer in Europe aged 18 years and 65 days.
He has represented his country through various age groups from the under-17s to the under 21s and the senior national team. He has a total of 36 appearances and scored 8 goals in the process. He is also the Youngest player to play for Trinidad and Tobago in a FIFA World Cup qualification match aged 18 years and 127 days.
9.Jomal Williams
Jomal Evans Williams who was born on 28 April 1994 is a Trinidadian professional footballer who plays as a winger for Aguila, and for the Trinidad and Tobago national team.He is a Trinidad and Tobago international having made his debut in March 2015.
Williams has participated in one minor tournament after representing the Soca Warriors in the 2015 Pan American Games.He has made a total of 19 appearances and scored a total of 3 goals in the process. He is one of the best in the country currently.
10.Marvin Phillip
Marvin Phillip who was born on 1st August 1984 is a Trinidadian professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for the Trinidad and Tobago national team, having made his debut against Panama on 31 January 2007. He played as a striker at schoolboy level, but retrained to become a goalkeeper before turning professional.
He has made a total of 80 appearances for the national team as a goalkeeper. In the absence of Clayton Ince, in World Cup qualifying matches in 2009. Phillip was called up and featured in the 2021 Gold Cup for Trinidad.
