At Prague Exhibition Grounds (Výstaviště Praha), in the Krizik Pavilion, you can attend an exhibition about the Pixar studios. This exhibition about the company behind Toy Story, Wall-E and Monsters Inc. is a must, especially if you’re traveling with children!

You will get to see the creative process behind most of the movies but also what meant creating computer generated animation back on the early nineties. The Pixar exhibition will provide you a new perspective on the making of these famous movies, which we grew up with! It will also be an enriching experience for your children because they will get to learn everything about the making of their favorite movies and characters. It will open their minds, and awaken their interests.

Europe is an incredibly rich continent in terms of history and political turmoil. From 1948 to the 1989 Velvet Revolution, the Czech Republic was a communist nation. Many people were arrested or even died because of their political choices under communist rule.

If you want to learn more about Communism and history, visit the Communism Museum in Prague. Photographs, films, many archives and documents will allow you to understand what happened in the world under Communist rule.

The entrance for adults costs 290 CZK and 250 CZK for students. It is open everyday of the week, from 9 am to 8 pm.
