It usually opens at 4 pm. The bar area might be small, but the food and drinks are so good that it’s worth it to squeeze in. It also has friendly staff.

3. Kingston 11

Kingston is a Caribbean bar and a breakfast brunch that is located at 2270 Telegraph Ave Oakland, CA 94612. It has a great atmosphere, you forget where you are for sure. Reminds you of being on a Caribbean island. There is a large screen tv with reggae playing. The food was amazing and the staff are friendly. It is considered one of the best Caribbean bars in Chicago.

4. Mintos Jamaican Restaurant & Bar

Mintos Jamaican Restaurant & Bar is a Caribbean place that has authentic and delicious food in Oakland. It is located at 412 15th St Oakland, CA94612 downtown Oakland. If you are not familiar with the Minto’s market, juice bar, patties, or this restaurant then you should consider visiting the place.

The Bay Area has quite a few Jamaican restaurants, therefore while walking into this restaurant feels like walking into a restaurant in Jamaica. 

 

7. Level 13 Ultra Lounge

 
Level 13 Ultra Lounge has excellent Caribbean food, and reasonable price cocktails.
It’s a mix of Trinidadian and Jamaican cuisine that’s unmatched in the Bay Area! Everything my friends and I have had has been delicious so far.
The Jamaican food is de bomb. The music, people tie it altogether for a wonderful experience.

8. Sobre Mesa

 Sobre Mesa  has a tropical design touches & plants outfit this chic cocktail lounge with Afro-Latino small plates. It offers  beautiful handcrafted cocktails and a tapas menu featuring Afro Caribbean cuisine, that was created by Top Chef Season 18 Contestant, Chef Nelson German. 10.  Elements Bar & Lounge

Elements Bar & Lounge is one of the city’s few upper-floor bars that is a sophisticated destination bar serving an extensive range of cocktails, fine wines, and whiskies in a luxurious and intimate setting. It was established in 2019 whereby it opened its doors on May 24, 2019, on the fourth floor of ONE65 San Francisco.  A special menu designed for the lounge provides a selection of inviting options designed to enjoy with drinks.
