The city usually experiences warm sunny days but might be a bit cool in the mornings, evenings, and overcast days. You are safer peeling off the layers in case it gets hotter than you expected. Have your sun gear in tow.

For the sunny days when you need comfort, light cotton clothes should do the trick. However, do not leave behind some warm fuzzy socks and windbreakers for the occasional cold day.

As a walk down the streets of Paris is almost guaranteed, you will need both open and closed shoes. The closed shoes will come in handy as you take daily walks while the opens shoes will allow you to comfortably explore on a hot day.

The weather in Paris in June allows for a lot of outdoor activities. Enjoy the Chopin Festival at the Orangerie at la Parc de la Bagatelle. This is a series of outdoor classical concerts with performances honoring Polish composer Fredrick Chopins works. You are in for yet another series of symphonic classical music concerts at the gothic Saint-Denis Basilica and the Palais de la Légion d’Honneur during the Festival Saint-Denis.

With the warm weather in June, you could join the Carnaval Tropical – A parade of dancing, calypso, and colorful costumes. This begins from the Place de la Nation and goes through the streets of the 11th arrondissement and back. The colossal street party that is Paris Pride also starts at the 15th Arrondissement to the Place de la Bastille, in mid-June.
