The Best Nightclubs in le Marais, Paris

No matter what it is that you’re in the mood to get up to, le Marais has it all. World class shopping, international cuisines, fabulous theaters, top notch museums, welcoming bars and some of the smallest, yet most fun, nightclubs in all of the French capital.

The 10 Best Districts for Nightlife in Paris

Wherever your night may take you, rest assured that any of the following venues are considered to be the best of the best in the area.

Yono Bar in le Marais, Paris

Yono Bar is a must-visit if you want a totally memorable (and wild) night out in le Marais. This is a rustic-style cocktail bar right in the heart of the district. It is spread out across three floors, with a basement dedicated to DJs and live music.

Those who visit all say the same thing: that the interior looks to have been designed by Gaudi himself. Spanish flair aside, this is very much a Parisian institution through and through.

The 10 Trendiest Bars in Paris

There is a happy hour that you’ll want to take advantage of if you’re on a budget. It operates from opening through until 9pm, and sees most drinks retailing at only around €6.  Take time to explore all of the levels once you’re inside; each floor has something vastly different to offer to the last. Personally, I think this is one of the best spots in Paris for a memorable first date.

FAT. in le Marais, Paris

“The best night out in Paris!”, said anyone who ever landed up at FAT. This is an ultra hip, urban-inspired bar, boasting ornate graffiti-covered bricks & a really wonderful menu of craft cocktails & street food.

Yes, so it’s not your conventional “nightclub”, but nothing in le Marais ever is. The space is known for hosting underground hip hop music that is hard to find at other venues in the neighborhood.

The Best Rum Bars in Paris

The downside to FAT is that management often neglects to stop letting people in once the club has reached capacity. This is all good and well in the cooler months, but come summer it’s a real nightmare.

Le 1905 in le Marais, Paris

A speakeasy-style club located right above everyone’s favorite wine shop. This is a beautifully decorated space, with ornate attention to detail that makes for a welcome zone to lose a few drunken hours in.

Le 1905 is best enjoyed from as early as 7pm; later than this and you unfortunately run the risk of not getting in. Yes, it’s a popular spot and it fills up quickly! Once inside, you’ll find ample room including a terrace and even an indoor smoking lounge.

It’s also worthwhile to remember that le 1905 stays open until 2am, with most nightlife spots in le Marais shutting their doors closer to midnight. So this is the place to venture if you’ve been given the boot by another bar or club, and you’re still in the mood to keep the party going.

Andy Wahloo in Le Marais in le Marais, Paris

Andy Wahloo is a pop art themed club that channels the artist Andy Warhol through an interesting combination of bar meets Moroccan village. The word wahloo is Arabic for ‘I have nothing’. The space is owned by the Mazouz brothers who have been at the forefront of many successful bars around the city of Paris in the past. They have hospitality and entertainment down; every night here is a guaranteed memorable one.
