The Best Fast Food in Paris

When it comes to food, Paris doesn’t often get it wrong. Even the fast food in Paris feels like a blessing to the senses, and if you don’t believe me I challenge you to enjoying a meal at any of the following spots and then sharing your feedback!

Here are the best places (tried and tested) to find sensational fast food in the city of love!

Bagelstein in Paris

You’ll start to recognize the name Bagelstein fairly soon after first arriving in Paris. The chain has branches across the city, and is some of the finest fast food on the European continent (in my humble opinion).

This is a bagel spot, if the name didn’t already give it away. They’re cheap, quick and downright delicious, offering some of the freshest ingredients and home-made bagel breads that would make even a New Yorker swoon.

Where to Find All Day Breakfasts in Paris

Not many places in Paris get bagel breads right — this is the land of the baguette after all. Bagestein has hit the nail on the head and is not to be missed if you’re on the hunt for a quick bite in the city center!

Gemüse in Paris

If you find yourself in the 18th arrondissement, visiting the Sacre Coeur or Montmartre district, take some time to grab a bite to eat at Gemüse.

This is a tiny shopfront where you can get takeaway pitas filled with their unique kebab and vegetable combos. Their marinated chicken is quickly becoming a household phenomenon, as is the Berlin-bread that it comes wrapped in.

Kebab Restaurants Open All Night in Paris

In short, this is where to grab authentic Berlin-style döner kebabs, served just as they would in the homeland itself. Don’t be surprised to find a long line outside of the store, but know that it moves fast enough to keep this meal classed as “fast food”!

PRACTICAL INFORMATION
OPENING HOURS: Monday TO Saturday – 11:30am to 3pm // 6pm to 10:30pm
ADDRESS:  61 Rue Ramey, 75018 Paris, France
METRO STATION: Jules Joffrin

East Side Burgers in Paris

East Side Burgers is a treat for all and we are very lucky to have this fast food option on Parisian shores. This is a vegan eatery serving up fast food that has even avid meat eaters waiting in line. There is little to no difference in terms of flavor, and the quality of ingredients and experience supersedes any regular fast food burger joint elsewhere in the city.

The Best Vegan Burgers in Paris

More than just burgers, East Side also makes fantastic vegan hotdogs, cheesecakes, snacks and treats. This is pure indulgence and I recommend coming hungry!

Burger & Fries in Paris

For those who aren’t as partial to environmentally-friendly meat alternatives, look no further than Burger & Fries. This chain of fast food restaurants are found across the city of Paris, and they’re serving up the basics: burgers, fries, sodas and shakes.

Top 3 Hamburger Joints in Paris

As fas as fast food goes, these meals are wonderfully made and you can sense a level of pride in the brand that is carried through by their employees. My personal favorite branch is the one on Saint-Germain blvd, in the Latin Quarter! Come 1am on a Friday night, this is the place to be for a greasy meal to soak up all remnants of a night of bar hopping.

L’As du Fallafel in Paris

’As du Fallafel is perhaps the most notorious of falafel joints in the French capital. People come from far and wide to eat falafel here, which explains the seemingly perpetual queue that spans out into the street from the shop entrance.

You’ll have to walk and eat! There is little to no space inside of the shop, and the chaotic nature of the space will makes sticking around longer than necessary quite unappealing.

Fontaine Food in Paris

Pigalle’s main party strip is packed with fast food options between the clubs and bars. Surprisingly, however, none of them stay open all night long, with most closing up between 10:30pm and midnight.

Fontain Food is the kebab restaurant I was able to find that stays open the latest through the night out of them all. They only start closing up at 2am, and will serve customers through closing time if they are present.

This kebab shop actually does burgers too, which is strange but they aren’t all that bad. In addition to this, all bread is made onsite in their underground oven.

OPENING HOURS: MONDAY TO SUNDAY – 11AM TO 2AM
ADDRESS: 9 RUE PIERRE FONTAINE, 75009 PARIS, FRANCE
