The Best CrossFit Gyms in Paris
When CrossFit first made its way onto the workout scene just 20 years ago, no one could have anticipated just how much of a global sensation this concept would turn out to be.
Practicing CrossFit in Paris is about as easy as finding a baguette or croissant; there are gyms on every block that offer the training, and more establishments popping up on a regular basis.
Choosing the best CrossFit for your needs is where it gets tricky. Here are some that I would recommend:
Reebok CrossFit Louvre in Paris
This is a small workout center right in the heart of the 1st arrondissement (very close to the Louvre). They offer a range of the high-intensity workouts, and are always thrilled to have drop-ins join the space.
This spot is widely known amongst tourists for being a great gym to visit even if you don’t speak the local language. They are wonderfully welcoming and accommodating.

CrossFit Rive Gauche in Paris
This is the local spot for CrossFit in the 13th arrondissement. It’s very small, but it is well run, clean and friendly compared to most Parisian gym standards.
The coaches are passionate about this workout system, and put a lot of energy into getting everyone to reach their max potential so that the leave feeling well accomplished. It’s a close knit group that trains here, and a great spot if you want to get out of the trendy hustle of the city.

CrossFit Cormeilles En Parisis in Paris
To many who reside in Paris, this is the Mecca for CrossFit lovers and general workout fiends. It’s somewhat outside of Paris central, and requires a car or train to get to, but if you can make it out here, you’ll probably feel you’ve found your way home.
The training is high intensity, wonderfully curated and the gym itself is always immaculate. Even if you’ve never attended a CrossFit training session before, this is a great place to take the first step.
The head coach makes a point of adjusting the class levels to suit whomever is present.

CrossFit Madeleine in Paris
Another gym in the center of Paris, close to the Louvre. This sports complex is a lot more intimate than other gyms in the area, and works off of a membership basis as opposed to being totally open to the public. That said, they will absolutely accommodate you if you drop in unannounced.
The gym itself is called la Salle de Sport, and it is sponsored by Reebok. CrossFit isn’t all that they offer. There is also high intensity cycling, boxing, pilates and yoga. This gym is a vibe and I would highly recommend it for training of all levels!

CrossFit Original Addicts in Paris
This industrial space was turned into a full-scale CrossFit gym a few years ago. It’s centered around an upbeat energy, with coaches that speak all languages so that foreigners can find some comfort in the space.
This gym is open early, and closes late. Evening sessions are almost always booked out, so if you want to attend you’ll need to let them know in advance. The best time for drop-in classes is around lunch time!

CrossFit Lutèce in Paris
According to online critics and past attendees, this is possible the best CrossFit establishment in all of Paris, for both locals and foreigners.
Firstly, their online booking system makes for one seamless process, allowing you to show up ready to work out without having to tend to any admin. The box itself is the largest in the city, accommodating an astounding number of participants in each session.
There are public showers and lockers available to all. Note that classes are ending slightly earlier these days due to Covid 19 protocol, but should get back to regular programing closer to the end of the year.
