Kylian Mbappe is a French professional footballer who plays as a forward for Ligue 1 club Paris Saint-Germain and the France national team. He was born on December 20, 1998. Mbappé is regarded as one of the best players in the world. He is known for his dribbling skills, exceptional speed, and finishing. The gifted youngster has gone on to perform admirably on the field. 1. He is the youngest French player to score at a World Cup

Mbappé was signed by Leonardo Jardim in October 2015 to be a mainstay in Monaco’s B-team. But his level of skill and maturity prompted his promotion to the main squad after only three weeks.
Two months later, on 2 December 2015, he made his first team debut in a 1-1 Ligue 1 home draw against Caen. Replacing Fábio Coentro after 88 minutes.
He thus became Monaco’s youngest-ever first-team player at the age of 16 years and 347 days, breaking Thierry Henry’s 21-year-old record.
3. He is the youngest player to score a Ligue 1 hat-trick

On 14 December 2016, Mbappé scored the first hat trick of his first-team career. In a 7-0 rout of Rennes in the Coupe de la Ligue round of 16 at the Stade Louis II. Becoming the first Monaco player to do so since Sonny Anderson in 1997.
Mbappé scored his first Ligue 1 hat-trick in a 5-0 home win over Metz on 11 February 2017.
At 18 years and two months, he became the youngest player to do so since Jérémy Ménez did it for Sochaux in 2005.
4. Kylian is the second youngest French scorer in UEFA Champions League history
Mbappé scored Monaco’s second goal in the 40th minute with a half-volley after receiving Fabinho’s long ball over the opponent’s back line. (it was his first ever UEFA Europa League or UEFA Champions League goal, and he became the second youngest French scorer in UEFA Champions League history behind Karim Benzema) in Monaco’s 5-3 loss to Manchester City in the UEFA Champions League round of 16 first-leg matches.
Mbappé scored two first-half goals in a 4-0 Ligue 1 home win over Nantes on March 5 to bring his Ligue 1 career tally to ten goals and become the youngest player in the last 30 years to do so. His brace against Nantes on March 5 raised eyebrows.

5. Mbappé has already trespassed 100th goal for PSG
As a result, he became the player with the most assists in the competition since the start of the 2017-18 season. With a total of fourteen over the four seasons.
Mbappé scored his 100th goal for PSG against Montpellier on December 5. Becoming only the fifth player in the club’s history to do so. Mbappé scored his first two goals of the European season in PSG’s final Champions League group match against Başakşehir.

Mbappé’s hat trick also saw him surpass Pauleta’s total of 109 goals to become PSG’s third-highest scorer.
Trailing only Cavani (200 goals) and Zlatan Ibrahimovi (156 goals). Mbappé scored twice in a 4-0 away win over Dijon on February 27, becoming the first player in Ligue 1 history to do so.
Mbappé scored from the penalty spot in the second leg against Barcelona on 10 March, as his side advanced to the quarter-finals 5-2 aggregate.

7. Mbappe won the Ligue 1 Player of The Year Award and featured in the Ligue 1 Team of The Season

Mbappé scored his 40th goal of the season in a 4-0 league win over Reims on May 17, completing his most productive season to date and surpassing the forty-goal mark for the first time in his career.
Three days later, Mbappé scored once and assisted on the second goal in PSG’s 2-0 victory over his former club Monaco in the Coupe de France Final.
He finished the Ligue 1 season with 27 goals, becoming the league’s top scorer for the third consecutive season, but PSG did not win the league title – the first time in Mbappé’s career that he did not win Ligue 1 after four consecutive victories.
Mbappé finished the season with the Ligue 1 Player of The Year Award and featured in the Ligue 1 Team of The Season.
