Everyone wants Victor Wembanyama to land on their team and that is backed up by all the compliments the French international has been getting lately. After all, who wouldn’t want a 7’4” 19-year old with an 8-foot wingspan and immense talent on their team?

Not me, I bet I am speaking on behalf of millions of fans around the world who are die-hards of all the 30 teams in both the Eastern and Western conferences in the NBA. Most people who are familiar with Wembanyama will want him on their team.

For starters, Wembanyama has the physical wherewithal to rule over both corners of the court. When someone is 7’4″ tall with an 8-foot wingspan, we expect nothing less. However, what has distinguished him are his talent and overall playing style. Victor will undoubtedly find it simpler to accomplish some feats that other players cannot due to his alien-like height.

Despite his height, he has strong ball-handling abilities and a quick first step that enable him to outrun the defence and make his shot. Beyond the three-point line, his shooting is fluid and fluid.

Wembanyama joining this squad will be a plus for both sides as Miami is known as a developing spot for budding athletes, it has happened to Tyler Herro it can happen with Wembanyama.

Victor Wembanyama is a special kind of player who, simply through his presence on the team, could make it competitive right away. Victor, who is expected to double a franchise’s worth upon arriving in Miami, will help the team succeed both on and off the court.

Although the Miami Heat’s possibilities of getting a first-round draft pick don’t seem promising, the fans can hope the stars align their way. The 2023 NBA Draft is set for June 22 as teams will get to choose their picks and who knows, perhaps Michael’s wish could come true.
