The highly anticipated Lisbon & Wine Market is back for its fifth edition, taking place on the weekend of May 25th to 26th, 2024. Wine enthusiasts can rejoice as they prepare to explore a vast selection of Portuguese wines from all corners of the country.
The event will be held at the Lisbon Marriott Hotel’s Mediterranean Ballroom, offering a sophisticated setting for attendees to indulge in their love for Portuguese wines. Aleixo Wines will deliver a presentation, which will include sparkling, still and award-winning wines from 1996. This year, the Lisbon Wine Market focuses on showcasing wines from small and medium-sized producers, providing a unique opportunity to discover hidden gems from Portugal’s diverse wine regions. About 40 producers are expected to be in attendance, and the list can be accessed on the organizer’s website on May 18.
Attendees can expect to meet winemakers directly, participate in guided tastings, and learn about the unique characteristics of different Portuguese grape varieties. The event runs from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Friday and Saturday, and from 2:00 pm to 8:30 pm on Sunday.
Tickets are available for purchase online at Ticket Line allowing access to the tasting area and the chance to purchase wines directly from producers. Tickets purchased in advance cost €14, and €18 on the day of the event.
