This is an annual three-day music and performing arts and festivals. It is usually held in the Netherlands. The festival is held 68km east of Amsterdam in Biddinghuizen at Spijk en Bremerberg. This is adjacent to WalibI Holland.
The festival is staged around the Lake Veluwe, which was submerged under the sea until the Lowlands area was drained in the 1950s. People are encouraged to explore the natural landscape in-between catching some of the performers in the multi-disciplinary line-up.

It is a signposted by a host of gigantic , factory-like chimneys. The ” Armadillo ” structure has been the ideal place to relax after a day of stage-hopping.
The legendary chimneys that peaked as an entrance above the festival site for years have been converted into an even more legendary 24-hour tent. It has been the lowlands new eye-catcher.
The converted chimneys peaking from the festival and from campsite can be seen. These five chimneys were designed by Peter Te Bos. They were the entrance to the festival site from 2002-2016.
2. Get to relax in the Spa

Bunk Bessel, an artist and painter based in Utrecht, arranged A Flight to Lowlands Paradise in 1967. This festival was held in Jaarbeurs Utrecht’s Margriethal. It cost was 10 Dutch guilders (about €4.50) to enter, which also covered breakfast. Although there were no headliners at this 18-hour event, it did have experimental theatre, dancing, poetry, films, body painting, and massage.
In an effort to entice Jimi Hendrix to attend, this festival was organized again in 1968 but was moved from its original date of 23 November. Because of this, major performances by Jeff Beck and Jethro Tull were postponed. Pink Floyd, though, was still on the schedule. The event eventually sold out to its 18,000 visitor capacity, but many participants were turned away, causing protests and police intervention.
