Bucharest is the capital and largest city of Romania. Known for its elegant architectural background, this city has so many places to visit with the main attractions being the beautiful lakes where you can experience more than just lovely views.

Their service is great and so is the fish and beer. The menu has fish borscht, turbot fish, Rapane, stone sea bass, prawns, fresh tuna, and more. 

Apart from excellent Mediterranean cuisine, this restaurant also traditionally prepares fresh black sea fish. The wine list and desserts are also great and enjoyable.

3. Caupona   

Caupona serves seafood, Mediterranean, European, contemporary, and Romanian cuisines. The restaurant has an intimate and fantastic artisan décor that has been carefully selected and can guarantee a fine dining experience with modern cooking techniques 

Diners can enjoy an intimate ambiance with a taste of Italy. The wine selection is carefully selected as they pick wines from Crama Basilescu to compliment the dishes. Guests can have their meals in the indoor or outdoor setting.     

On their menu is grilled octopus, liquefied polenta, cabbage rolls, cold and hot carpaccio, carbonara, oysters, and delicious dessert treats like the Quatro passi and mousse. 

4. Raionul De Peste  

Raionul De Peste is recognized as Romania’s most awarded fish and seafood restaurant. Located at Piata Dorobanti, this restaurant is famous for its Seafood, Soups, and European cuisines.  

Their modern sea bar offers a wide array of fish and seafood options such as giant octopus, crab fish, tuna, salmon, sushi, and more. Diners also enjoy live cooking stations as they interact with the chefs and watch their food being prepared.

With its cool name, wooden stripes ceiling and steel floor, and good music provided by a high-tech sound system, Ginger Sushi Bar & Lounge was included in the renowned restaurant guide in 2019. 

Their menu offers the perfect taste and the bar something unique thus complementing the atmosphere in the best possible way.  

In addition to the Asian spirits and the famous sake, there is a large selection of top-quality wines to choose from as well as a selection of Champagne and Prosecco.  

6. Bistro Mar 

Many who visit Bistro Mar complement it with reasonable food prices and fantastic service since the staff is attentive and hospitable.
